Born and Raised in Brazil, naturalized American. Came to America, with her American husband, and lived in Phoenix for a couple of years. Her husband’s work took them to Long Island, NY and Little Rock, AR where she studied cosmetology and then furthered her studies at Toni and Guy School in Dallas, TX. Lene worked at Dillard’s Salon in Little Rock and had the privilege to do haircuts for the Dillards family.
Continuing further studies, she accepted a job opportunity, as an assistant, for one of Little Rock’s premier hair stylist, Michael Thornberry. She had the honor of learning, hands on, the art and mastery of being an expert hair colorist and hair stylist for a year before she moved into her own stylist chair. She is a certified hair colorist with Alfaparf Milano hair color, an Italian high end color line, Brazilian Smoothing treatments, Brazilian Blowout and Keratin treatments.
Prior to Brazilian Blowout, Lene has 12 years experience with Brazilian type smoothing treatments in Brazil. Among her many hairstyling talents, hair coloring, long layers, short hair for women and men, Lene is definitely The Queen of Brazilian Blowout in New Mexico and Albuquerque.
Lene has received a Master Certificate for Brazilian Blowout, making her the only Master Stylist in Albuquerque as well as New Mexico as of August – 2013. We are very proud of Lene for achieving this certificate. Lene first arrived, with her family, in ABQ, NM, in 2008 and started working with Clinique where she abundantly learned skin care and make up; Moreover, she learned to appreciate every moment with her clients.
During her stay in Albuquerque, she was actively involved with the Albuquerque-Brazilian Community, which many of the members liked their hair styles done by Lene for her unique styles, specialized curly hair, wavy hair, and her ability to create the perfect natural blondes. Since the first stay in Albuquerque and after moving around a few more years with her husband’s work, Lene’s family decided to make Albuquerque their home. In 2011, Lene started working at Uniquely Elegant Salon October – 2011.

Prior to starting here, I attended both UNM and CNM, obtaining my bachelor’s in Exercise Science and my associates in Cosmetology. When I’m not at the salon, you can find me either playing video games, reviewing movies or in the gym.

Lynette became interested in aesthetics in order to assist people with their skin issues at a young age. While working as an aesthetician Lynette was able to earn a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Accounting. Although she was in the world of accounting, she never lost sight on her aesthetics background. She eventually went back to aesthetics full-time in order to pursue her passion. Lynette then received her BSN, RN in order to delve deeper into the aesthetics realm by adding injectable aesthetics.

With years of experience in emergency medical services, Ron has honed his skills in patient care and crisis management. Driven by his commitment to improving lives, Ron also ventured into the world of IV nutrition infusions at our MedSpa. As a certified IV therapy specialist, he skillfully administers personalized infusions to address various health needs, from boosting immunity to enhancing hydration and promoting overall well-being.
